Colombia Torres Morantes comes from the Oporopa area in the Huila region, one of the most celebrated coffee-growing regions in Colombia. Coffees from this area are known for their floral notes, clarity of flavour, and pleasant acidity. The beans are processed using the washed method, which ensures exceptional cleanliness and brightness in the cup.
This coffee is available in two roast profiles – each tailored to a specific brewing method to bring out a different dimension of the same bean.
The filter roast reveals the delicate, floral character of this coffee in all its beauty. The cup is fresh, light and elegant – with notes of hibiscus and rose, beautifully complemented by the sweetness of ripe white peach.
