Product detailed description
The "Women's Crown" beans are named after the Rwandan tradition of giving women a Rugori crown after the birth of their first child - a symbol of motherhood and respect. This coffee was created as a tribute to the women who make up over 70% of the Gasharu Coffee team. Thanks to a transparent system, they benefit directly from its production.
This coffee is the result of an experimental anaerobic washing process that involves 12 hours of dry fermentation followed by 8 hours of anaerobic fermentation. In the cup, it offers subtle cocoa notes complemented by the fresh flavours of dried orange and cranberry.
