Product detailed description

The farm is retaining its historical varieties typica and bourbon, which are quite rare in Latin America due to their susceptibility to the rougher natural conditions. They also maintain a culture of minimal pruning to this day, where growers are proud of their 2-3 m tall, 40 year old native trees. Coffee is produced in agroforestry in different levels of shade and among other crops and tree species.

Surprisingly fruity coffee with citrusy notes. Very nice balance of acidity and sweetness, fruitiness and creamy texture. Framers called this coffee Tejao.
