This microlot comes from the Dukamo family farm in the Bombe area of Ethiopia’s Sidama region, where coffee trees grow at elevations between 2,000 and 2,100 meters above sea level. The 74110 and 74158 varieties, combined with washed processing, create a clean and elegant flavor profile typical of exceptional Ethiopian coffees.
Behind the Dukamo project are brothers Asefa and Mulugeta Dukamo, who set out to showcase the potential of coffees from the Sidama region. Over more than fifteen years, the family has built a significant coffee company that remains family-owned and works closely with thousands of smallholder farmers throughout the region.
The coffee is part of the Constellations series, in which individual lots from the Dukamo family are named after stars, together forming their own coffee universe. Each lot tells its own story through unique processing methods and distinctive flavor characteristics.
We offer Ethiopia Dukamo in two roast profiles, with the espresso roast highlighting its sweetness, delicate fruitiness, and elegant floral notes. In the cup, you can expect fresh green apple, green tea notes, and jasmine aromas, complemented by creamy sweetness and a smooth body.
