And because it's a microlot, you can be sure that every bean has passed through the careful hands of a farmer. Station Businde works with around 650 coffee farming families and pays its workers a wage that is almost 60% higher than the average seasonal wage in Burundi. In this way, they not only support the local community but also help to maintain the quality and sustainability of coffee farming in the region.
