Tropical Sweet is our first specialty blend, created by combining two coffees from our selection: Colombia Finca Milan and Papua New Guinea.
Colombia Finca Milan is processed using an innovative culturing method, in which selected yeasts and aromatic oils derived from pineapple and mangosteen are added during fermentation. This process allows the coffee to absorb distinct fruity aromatic compounds that remain present even after roasting, resulting in a delicate, floral profile with subtle tropical fruit notes.
Papua New Guinea is processed using the natural method, producing a highly aromatic coffee with pronounced fermentation, natural sweetness, and a full body.
These two coffees were combined to create a balanced profile that unites aromatic elegance with depth and structure. Colombia Finca Milan contributes floral notes and tropical freshness, while Papua New Guinea adds sweetness, richness, and a pronounced body.
The result is a sweet, juicy coffee with high aromatic intensity. Tropical fruit flavors take the lead, supported by sweet notes of pear and gentle hints of hibiscus.
