Rwanda Intego anaerobic natural is the result of a series of experiments that enabled the farmers to determine the optimal fermentation method to deliver a pure, full-flavoured experience.
The cherries are fermented for 60 hours in the absence of oxygen, followed by a slow drying process. This creates a rich flavour profile with a sweetness reminiscent of gummy bears, the floral elegance of roses, and the juicy acidity of natural wine, with hints of forest fruits.
