qb Colombia La Sirena - nespresso kapsle
Product detailed description
La Sirena from Colombia, by Juan Puerta from the Quindío region (1,600 m a.s.l.), is aimed at a bold, flavour-forward espresso—mainly thanks to an unconventional processing method called Honey Peach. Freshly picked cherries are first dried for 24 hours, then pulped and fermented together with pieces of peach for three days in sealed containers. This is followed by slow sun-drying. The peach isn’t just an “add-on” here—during fermentation, its sugars and aromatic compounds are absorbed directly into the bean’s structure. The result is a coffee with exceptionally pronounced sweetness and a gently syrupy body.
For our capsules, we select the same coffees you’ll also find in our whole bean range.
The capsules are compatible with the Nespresso® Original system. Made from renewable materials and fully compostable. If home composting isn’t available, the best option is to dispose of the capsules in general waste, not in bio-waste (brown bins).
One pack contains 10 capsules.
