Product detailed description
Indonesia is made up of nearly 17,500 islands, ten of which are important coffee regions. Having previously featured coffee from Bali, this time we focus on Sumatra, specifically the Kerinci region. Here, the coffee is grown by farmers from the Camintoran Cooperative, an association of 162 small growers who hand-pick the cherries and process them using mostly natural methods.
When this exotic coffee arrived at our cupping table, we knew we had to share it. The flavor is redolent with notes of bourbon, chocolate-covered cherries, and a distinct sweetness from the panela. Try it on both filter and espresso.
