Ethiopia Moredocofe is a decaf processed using the natural CO₂ method, which gently removes caffeine without affecting the flavor profile. The result is a clean and harmonious taste with notes of black tea, candied lemon, and a delicate, yogurt-creamy finish.
The Moredocofe farm is located in the forested valley of the Dawa River, at an altitude of up to 2,200 m. Cultivation is organic, with respect for the local environment. Beans from this area are smaller and lighter in color, but have a distinctive flavor, with citrus acidity, floral aroma, and a juicy body.
The coffee is processed using the washed method and then decaffeinated using natural CO₂ – a gentle process that uses compressed carbon dioxide to separate the caffeine. The resulting profile remains true to its origin.
Roasted as an omni, you can enjoy it to the fullest in both filter and espresso.
