While tasting new coffees, Ethiopia from Halaka Farm caught our attention at the cupping table, reminding us of the unique flavors of this African country. It has a very light body with a distinct floral aroma, reminiscent of jasmine. After making the espresso, we could taste the berries in the cup. On the filter, it will appeal to coffee lovers who have a preference for a light, tea-like texture with fruity notes.
The beans came to us by direct trade - it was picked directly in Ethiopia by Vojta Růžička from the friendly Brno café The Roses.
