El Salvador natural processed coffee arrives at our roastery from the San Felipe farm, renowned for its innovative and careful approach to growing and processing coffee beans. The coffee is dried at lower temperatures, which allows the flavours to develop more slowly and evenly, preserving its natural sweetness and delicate aroma. The result is a creamy espresso with a rich chocolate body and notes of hazelnut and sweet marzipan. Don’t expect any wildness from the filter, it will rather appeal to our conservative souls.
