This decaffeinated coffee from the Ethiopian region of Sidama comes from the Alemu Adama washing station and is processed using the washed method, followed by decaffeination with natural carbon dioxide (CO₂ decaf). The CO₂ decaffeination process is a gentle, natural method that preserves the coffee’s flavor characteristics. In the cup, it shows a naturally sweet profile with notes of chocolate, nuts, and dried fruit.

Coffee is a pick-me-up which brings about a good atmosphere. Therefore, it must not be missing in any office. Most of the offices solve their coffee needs with automatic bean-to-cup coffee machines. 

For automatic coffee machines, a more conservative Italian espresso-style roasting is appropriate. This way, coffee can have better extraction and offers a full flavour without acidity. Moreover, it is ideal for milky beverages such as cappuccino or caffe latte. For this line we are using our premium beans - quality coffee with a ranking of 80 to 84,5 points on the SCA scale.
