Colombia Monteblanco Passion Fruit washed

Product detailed description

Summer limited edition in your favorite filter coffee cup. The beans get their juicy flavor from a special treatment. The first step is an eight-day fermentation of passion fruit (maracuja) and cholupa (a Colombian fruit resembling a large green passion fruit). After fermentation, this mixture is added to the green coffee, which then continues to ferment for 150 hours. Followingly, the green coffee is dried for further 18 days. The resulting product then made its way to our roastery, where we've transformed it into a fruit bomb that combines the sweetness of watermelon and vanilla with the freshness of passion fruit.
