Product detailed description
The beans come from the La Vega farm, managed by the experienced Colombian farmer Hugo Gualaco. Hugo has been involved in coffee his entire life and continually strives to educate himself and introduce innovative practices to the cultivation and processing of coffee.
This time, he decided to let the Pink Bourbon lot ferment for 60 hours in the cherry trees. The coffee was then cleaned and allowed to oxidize for 12 hours. It was then dried on the farm in partial shade. All this resulted in a combination of sweet and fruity notes, full of juicy flavours of pomegranate, red apple, and rhubarb.
