It comes from the south-west of Minas Gerais - one of the most important coffee-growing regions in Brazil, responsible for almost half of the country's total harvest. It's also home to many award-winning specialty coffees. In the cup, it delivers a classic profile in the best sense - cocoa and nutty notes balanced by a gentle sweetness from natural processing. An excellent choice, especially for espresso.
