Founded more than 50 years ago by Antônio Affonso da Silva, Fazenda Serra da Canastra is located in the Campos Altos area at an altitude of 1,250 metres. Antônio brought the first coffee seeds from Paraná, laying the foundations for the tradition that his family is reviving today. This microlot of the Catuaí variety is processed naturally, offering a light, fruity taste with a subtle acidity, full body, and notes of orange melon, nougat, and apricot. We roast it specially for the filter.
